Assorted Lenses Depending On Your Needs - While a wider angle lens will allow the user to see more, they also bring in more distortion. While we are able to remove that distortion up to a point, the effects may give the viewer the wrong perception of what they are viewing. In this example the camera tripod was in the same place using different lenses. The tripod was positioned 9 feet and 9 inched from the wall straight ahead and 8 feet to the right wall. It is important to note that the closer the object is to a fisheye lens, the more apparent the distortion is, even after processing or defishing the image.
